At Untamed Cat Food, we want you to be completely satisfied with your feline-inspired fashion. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
